Navayro (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the Navayro mobile application, website at navayro.com, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you use the Services.

Nyro (AI assistant)

Messages you send to Nyro, quick prompts you select, and contextual metadata (such as active route or product references) may be processed to generate responses. Do not send sensitive personal information you do not want processed for this purpose.

Community price contributions

If you submit prices, corrections, or deal feedback, we collect the content you provide, associated product and airport identifiers, and timestamps.

Sign-in with third parties (when available)

If you use Google, Apple, or Facebook sign-in, we receive information those providers share per their policies (such as email and a provider user identifier). We do not receive your third-party password.

Website and analytics

On navayro.com we may collect contact form submissions, basic server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited), and analytics or cookie data if we enable measurement tools. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
