Navayro (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the Navayro mobile application, website at navayro.com, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you use the Services.

1. Information we collect

Account and profile

When you register, we may collect your name, email address, password (stored in hashed form), and profile preferences such as preferred currency, brands, interests, and home airport.

Routes and trips

We collect airports and routes you save (“trips” or “routes”), travel dates when you provide them, and related shopping context used to compare prices across your itinerary.

Wishlist and shopping activity

We store products you save, categories you browse, searches, comparisons, and interactions with deals and recommendations.

Nyro (AI assistant)

Messages you send to Nyro, quick prompts you select, and contextual metadata (such as active route or product references) may be processed to generate responses. Do not send sensitive personal information you do not want processed for this purpose.

Community price contributions

If you submit prices, corrections, or deal feedback, we collect the content you provide, associated product and airport identifiers, and timestamps.

Sign-in with third parties (when available)

If you use Google, Apple, or Facebook sign-in, we receive information those providers share per their policies (such as email and a provider user identifier). We do not receive your third-party password.

Website and analytics

On navayro.com we may collect contact form submissions, basic server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited), and analytics or cookie data if we enable measurement tools. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

Device and technical data

We may collect device type, operating system, app version, and diagnostic logs to operate and improve the Services.

2. How we use information

We use information to:

• Provide route-aware price comparison, recommendations, wishlist, and Nyro features;
• Authenticate you and maintain your account;
• Improve product relevance, data quality, and fraud prevention;
• Respond to support requests and website inquiries;
• Send service-related communications (not marketing without consent where required);
• Comply with law and enforce our Terms.

3. Legal bases (where applicable)

If you are in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or similar regions, we process personal data based on contract (providing the Services), legitimate interests (improving and securing the Services), consent where required (e.g. certain analytics or marketing), and legal obligation.

4. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:

• Service providers — hosting, email, analytics, authentication, and AI inference vendors under contractual safeguards;
• Business partners — aggregated or de-identified insights where permitted;

We retain information as long as needed to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. You may request deletion of your account subject to applicable law and legitimate retention needs (e.g. security logs).

We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your personal data, and to object to certain processing. Contact us to exercise these rights. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in those messages.

California residents may have additional rights under the CCPA/CPRA. We describe categories collected above; we do not sell personal information as defined by those laws.

8. Children

The Services are not directed to children under 13 (or 16 in some regions). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Contact us if you believe we have collected such information.

9. International transfers

We may process information in countries other than your own. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.

10. Third-party links

The Services may link to airport retailers or partners. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.
