Founder story

We built what we wished existed.

Navayro started with a simple problem statement: flying through world-class hubs and still not knowing whether to buy at departure, a connection, or arrival — or whether waiting would help. Existing apps treated each airport as an island; itineraries are left to airline apps and spreadsheets.

We set out to build what we wished existed: a calm, premium companion that answers where to shop on your route, grounded in real price signals and honest when data is thin. That vision became Navayro — and Nyro, the in-app assistant that keeps the focus on commerce, not travel ops.

Anand Pradhan

Co-founder & CEO

Anand Pradhan

Anand Pradhan is a seasoned leader with three decades of experience in technology, consulting, manufacturing, and retail sectors, primarily at Tata Consultancy Services (TCS). In his twenty-eight years with TCS, he specialized in building long-lasting customer relationships and helping businesses transform.

During his tenure with TCS, he held various leadership roles, including Business Unit Head for the Retail Industry for Western USA and Canada, Chief Marketing Officer for TCS' Retail Americas division, and Global Head for TCS' Aerospace & Defense Manufacturing Business Unit. In his last role, as Head of Strategic Initiatives for GCCs, he was responsible for setting up Global Capability Centers (GCCs) for retail customers. Anand's corporate career began with a focus on product development and quality assurance at Maruti Udyog Limited before transitioning to TCS. In his first entrepreneurial venture, in the nineties, Anand successfully conceptualized, designed, developed, sold, and implemented industrial quality assurance software for discrete manufacturing companies.

His expertise spans strategy, business development, marketing, alliances and partnerships, technology-driven transformation, innovation, cross-functional team leadership, and effective management of complex market environments.

Anand holds a Bachelor's degree in Production & Industrial Engineering from Rajasthan Technical University, and a Master's degree in Finance from Delhi University. He is also an alumnus of the University of Michigan Ross School of Business Executive Education Program.

As co-founder and CEO of Navayro, Anand is responsible for strategy, product roadmap, marketing, and business development. He splits his time between Pune, MH, India and Seattle, WA, USA.

Rajesh Singh

Rajesh Singh

Rajesh Singh is a veteran technology and operations leader with more than twenty-eight years of experience driving transformation, enterprise modernization, and AI-enabled innovation across global organizations. Known for disciplined execution and a strong delivery mindset, Rajesh has led mission-critical initiatives across the service industry, delivering measurable impact in technology, manufacturing, aerospace, and retail.

Throughout his career, Rajesh has managed multimillion-dollar portfolios, global delivery teams, and complex modernization programs. His leadership includes modernizing enterprise platforms, implementing automation across business functions, and deploying Generative AI solutions that improved productivity and customer engagement. He is recognized for building strong cross-functional partnerships, establishing robust governance frameworks, and driving operational excellence. Rajesh's expertise spans program and delivery management, operations, AI strategy, cloud transformation, enterprise architecture, and product development.

Rajesh holds a Bachelor of Technology from IIT Varanasi and professional certifications including PMP, SAFe Agilist, SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager, and Microsoft Azure AI and Data credentials.

As co-founder and Chief Operating Officer of Navayro, Rajesh leads delivery, operations, customer success, and product execution. He oversees program governance, product development, partner alliances, and operational strategy, ensuring Navayro delivers reliable solutions that create long-term value for both partners and travelers worldwide.

Nitin Punnen

Nitin Punnen

Nitin Punnen is a technology and business transformation leader with over two decades of experience delivering large-scale digital platforms, cloud modernization initiatives, and data-driven enterprise solutions across healthcare, aerospace, retail, and manufacturing industries. Throughout his career, he has led architecture, analytics, and cloud transformation programs for global organizations including CVS Health, Amazon Web Services (AWS), Boeing, and Tata Consultancy Services (TCS).

Currently serving as Lead Director of Technology Advancement at CVS Health, Nitin drives enterprise technology strategy and innovation for one of the world's largest Pharmacy Benefits Managers. He has led modernization of mission-critical healthcare platforms, architected cloud-native solutions on GCP and Azure, and designed high-scale APIs and analytics systems supporting hundreds of millions of users.

Prior to CVS Health, Nitin served as Senior Solutions Architect at AWS, partnering with strategic enterprise customers on cloud transformation and intelligent automation initiatives. He also spent over two decades supporting digital transformation programs at Boeing and TCS, where he played key leadership roles in analytics, mobility, cloud, and enterprise modernization initiatives.

Nitin's expertise spans enterprise architecture, cloud-native platforms, analytics and AI, multi-cloud strategy, DevSecOps, data engineering, and large-scale business transformation. He is a hands-on technology leader with deep expertise across AWS, Azure, GCP, Kubernetes, microservices, and modern application platforms.

As co-founder of Navayro, Nitin is focused on building intelligent AI-driven platforms that transform digital commerce and travel experiences through personalization, analytics, and modern cloud technologies. He is based in Bellevue, Washington, USA.
